Construction and sales power ahead

The See Civil team has been busy on site at Swell, where the first new homesites and roads are now beginning to reveal themselves.
Construction at Swell Woolgoolga is well underway to deliver this new coastal master-planned community, where local interest is building and a number of our neighbours and potential future residents have been asking if they can take a sneak peek.
While site inspections are typically by appointment only, Clarence Property and the Cardow + Partners Swell sales team will be holding an open day on site at Swell on 8 November at 9am. We invite you and you your family to come and take a site tour to see the first 30 homesites now taking shape in the Retreat neighbourhood of Swell.
It’s also great opportunity for the little ones to check out the machinery currently on site at Swell!
