Open Day a Success + Construction Progress on First Homesites
Open Day #2 popular with locals checking out construction progress
It was great to meet so many friendly locals, including some neighbours, families looking to build new homes and some Stage 1 buyers at our recent Swell Open Day on site. Some came just to have a sticky beak and see what this new Coffs Coast project is all about. Others came to visit the property on Newmans Road to see where construction progress on this new masterplanned community is up to – especially now the vacant lots and roads are really taking shape. Now at their finished levels, you can see retaining walls are place in on these homesites, creating fantastic, level building pads, ready to build your new home!
The feedback we received on the day was very positive, with visitors loving the location and proximity to a range of amenity including schools and Woolgoolga Beach, just 1.5km away. We are already planning our next open day, so make sure you’re following our social pages (see icons below) and are subscribed to receive our emails. That way, you’ll be first to know about upcoming events, as well as all new releases of land for sale.
These first lots are nearing completion and will be ready for Swell’s lucky new residents to start building their new coastal homes later this year.
