The Swell onsite civil team, See Civil report the first 30 level homesites are on track to be delivered in July/August 2026, ready for you to start building your dream new home later this year.

Earthworks and retaining are now complete on Stage 1, with civil services construction underway – it’s exciting to see the formation of these homesites, which are now close to their final levels – a great time to select your preferred lot and picture your new home!  Watch our recent construction update video below now – we’re sure you’ll agree it’s looking impressive!

Because work on site is now significantly progressed, and as we had such a great turnout at our last open day, we’ve decided to open the site to the public again on January 17.  We invite all locals and holiday visitors alike to check out the progress at Woolgoolga’s newest masterplanned community.
